Academic and Research Foundation

Dr. Sahil Baghla earned his DoctorateĀ (Ph.D.)Ā in 2023Ā from CT University, Ludhiana, India, for his research titled ā€œMain Determinant Factors of Cybercrime and How to Overcome It in Online Businessā€. His doctoral work examined how leadership behavior, organizational culture, and governance influence cybercrime, and proposed practical frameworks to strengthen digital trust through awareness, ethics, and responsible management practices.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology (2011)Ā and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology (2018), both from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. These degrees provided him with a strong foundation in computer science, information systems, and strategic management.

In 2017, Dr. Baghla completed a Business Management Certification at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where he enhanced his understanding of enterprise leadership, innovation management, and organizational strategy through the Pioneer Institute. He also holds a Diploma in Cyber Law jointly awarded in 2017 by the Government Law College, Mumbai, and the Asian School of Cyber Laws (ASCL), Pune. This qualification has given him a comprehensive understanding of cybercrime legislation, digital forensics, and global data protection principles.

Dr. Baghla is an internationally certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and EC-Council Certified Instructor (CEI), both accredited by the EC-Council, USA.
